Terlypressin is an inactive prodrug which is slowly converted in the body to Lypressin, and has the general physiological actions of Vasopressin.
Uses: Bleeding oesophageal varices, Hepatorenal syndrome, Refractory hypotension. Skin burns. Septic shock resistance.
